There are mornings where a granola bar on our way out the door it's the only breakfast we can achieve to reduce our appetite on the spot. Unfortunately, the sugar rush will leave us sad and hungry just a half hour later. You'd be surprised how many healthy breakfast ideas require very little effort (and some quinoa leftovers) when put into practice. That's right, quinoa for breakfast is the ultimate resource to boost your morning meals, save time in the kitchen, and make your mornings stress-free!

Quinoa Fruit Salad

Spice up a plain fruit cup with a scoop of quinoa. Stir until the quinoa is evenly distributed and add a dressing of honey, lime, and a handful of Mani - Berry Nutty for a little extra crunchiness.

Quinoa and Chia Porridge

Bring almond milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Add quinoa, and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer - covered - until three-quarters of the milk has been absorbed, then stir in cinnamon and let cook until almost all the milk has been absorbed. Top with fruit and nuts (we suggest Mani - Super Berries) and a scoop of almond butter for a great, creamy, substitute of classic hot breakfast cereals. Plus, it’s high in protein and essential amino acids like lysine.

Chocolate Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Here’s the easiest way to have chocolate for breakfast: a bowlful of quinoa makes for a filling, protein-rich base, sliced banana, berries, hemp seed hearts, a dollop of almond butter and chocolate shavings. Add a bunch of Mani - Exotic Crunch for an authentic tropical feeling.
